Work meeting 1 - Kick-Off Meeting

At the kick-off meeting the all the partners of the project had the chance to introduce themselves to one another and get a thorough picture of the project itself its Work Packages and the Competence Assessment Tools (CAT). We also discussed and finalised the quality management plan of the project as well as the IPR issued arising during the project.

Work Meeting 2

At the second work meeting of the FATCAT project we discussed issues concerning Work Package 1 which was about developing the new competence groups and the sub-categories with the assessng statements. The Project Site was also introduced here to the partners. It helps the Partnership to communicate, share work, moitor activities and get guidance more easily during the implementation of the project.

We also discussed the tasks of Work Packege 2, the piloting of the further developed CAT system, and financial and administrational issues.

Work Meeting 3

23-24 January 2009

At the meeting in Bari the partners introduced the experiences of the testing phase of the project, pointing out the mistakes and errors of the system to be corrected before the introduction to the public. We also discussed WP2 and WP3, and cleared financial questions.
